Frequently Asked Questions:

• Is it possible to combine shipping costs when several items/orders are destined for the same destination? To ensure that we process orders as quickly as possible, some items may take longer to manufacture than others, so we generally ship items in individual packages as soon as the items are produced.

Different products have different production times, they are currently:
Message card products: 1-3 business days
Engrave products only (watches, engraved pendants, stamped items): 2-3 business days.
Graphic products (Heart, circle and dog tag graphic jewelry): 2-4 business days.
each piece is made to order by hand, and there is always a small chance that production will take longer.

• Is it possible to expedite the shipment of a package? The first class service (or equivalent) we ship is the only service we use at this time.
